Knowledgeable, respectful, and customer centered care
I spoke to Christian and like everyone else says, he's a gem. I spoke about my limited diagnostic experience regarding my car and he listened patiently and even had a conversation with me about it. He spoke intelligently about other cars that may have had similar issues and the reasons why they do, and how that relates to my car as well. He recommended one service for me and told me every single thing I had to know about it and didn't keep me in the dark at all. I appreciate that he treated me like an intelligent person, I just don't have his expertise. He had my car done by the next morning and I was able to pick it up at my own time. For reference I was having transmission issues, and he recommended I replace one sensor as well as get new fluid. He also recommended further repairs to me but did not pressure me into them whatsoever because he wanted to take into consideration whether or not I would be keeping the car long term and whether it would really be worth repairing it if I was just going to sell it at some point. I appreciate that he thought of me as a customer. I will be coming back to Expert Auto Care in the future.

Expert Auto Care is exactly That
Over 130 reviews on Yelp, all five stars. If there was a ten-star rating, I would give it. Christian is super knowledgeable, and gave me a free diagnosis on the ignition that has been plaguing my Honda. I have other cars that I will only take to Expert Auto Care. After this excellent experience, it is still difficult for me to recommend Expert auto care because I want to keep them all to myself.

Great service
Expert Auto Care is by far the most reliable and greatest service we have had for car service. My husband found this auto care service from Yelp, and indeed as the other people's review this service company has provided us fantastic service.The people here are very professional and very honest, they will not try to sell more service or charge extra. They will only do what is needed for maintenance. This time we came to check our A/C, the owner told us that there should be a leak and they had installed a trace to find where is the leak(as the leak could be tiny to be found), and they filled freon refrigerants for the A/C to work. The owner told me they will not charge us the freon refrigerants, but if we see issue A/C not working next time then we come to their place, they will fix the leak and re-fill the freon refrigerants and then charge us the refrigerants. We feel great that we could find this Expert auto care for service.

Outstanding
As always, the service was fast and very fairly priced. I don't know how to overstate the pleasant experience I had in my visit with Christian. He is an amazing person in handling multiple tasks while assuring the best individual attention to each customer.

Exceptionally fast and friendly service
When I dropped off my car to get its brakes checked I didn’t expect to hear back until later in the day l, as they were quite busy with customers that morning. However, to my surprise, Christian called me within an hour with a diagnosis and reasonable quote for repairs. After I asked them to proceed, it was done within a few hours.

I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and high quality service.

Great Place to Take Your Motor Vehicle
This place is a blessing! My wife and I were in need of a new auto mechanic after the last one had failed us and Expert Auto was a great find. Christian (owner) is an expert in his field and always leaves us feeling satisfied with the service we received. Thank you!

Truly Reliable and Efficient
As the subject suggests, I am very happy with the service maintenance. Christian is professional and engaging even when he is busy attending to phone calls and clients. The job was scheduled to be done in 2 hours and they got done within the hour.

Such a relief!!
Since my service warranty with my dealership expired, I was looking for a dependable local automotive repair shop. My experience with one I used before Expert Auto Care was dismal. Based on Yelp reviews, I tried Christian and was so relieved! He fit me in right away and took care of replacing my battery quickly at a fair price. When I'm due for an oil change in a couple of months, I'll definitely return to Expert Auto Care!! Thank you, Christian, for providing the comfort of knowing I now have a reliable mechanic!

Can't recommend enough!
Christian and his team are wonderful guys who take the time to talk through every option for both cars I've brought them and treat my cars with care. I brought mine in for a dead battery, and Christian ran thorough checks to be certain the battery was the only problem instead of just taking the easy solution.

Honest, independent, on time
I found this place from online reviews and met Christian, the owner. He listened to the potential issues, said they would look at the car, and had a list of reasons / explanations of the issues within the time frame he had stated. Basically, no issues unlike what another place had suggested. He didn't charge me, even though I asked multiple times. I plan to go to this place for any future work.
