I had what I thought was a battery issue. George showed up in fair amount of time, I was kept in communication with Falcon the whole time which was nice. Anyway, George did a through test, and turns out my battery was fine. George went the extra mile and explained the situation to me, which eased my mind. So hats off to George A.
