Company driver Smith Transport
Think it was tues/ wed, middle of the nite & my 23 petes tranny just went on strike. My company called evryone within a 80 mile radius & FAst Friendly are the only guys that agreed to come out & they were there b4 their own estimate. We had calld for a tow but josh repaired my problem & i was able to deliver my load ONTIME !!! Great guys !!

They are exactly what they say. Fast and friendly…
I brought my car in after having my long time mechanic fail to resolve my issues. They were honest with what was going on. I felt like they cared about my issues and wanted to do what they could to fix it. Which they did. They were reasonably priced as well. They kept me informed of all they were doing and were done before their original time line. All this to say, I found where I and my family will be going from now on. I would recommend them highly.

Amazing customer service
Our bus broke down twice on one trip. Fast Friendly towing did an amazing job getting us fixed and back on the road. Brian came in on his day off to make sure our part was installed correctly and that the vehicle was in working order. Jason went above and beyond to find parts and get us where we needed to go while we waited for service to be completed.

wheel bearing replacement
overcharged for breaks and lied about service time, truck was brought in for a wheel bearing repair was told it would be done that night or first thing the next morning but sat that night all through the next day just to be told the bearing was OK for now. That the truck had no brakes.Was charging only 450 for the wheel bearing but got charged well over 485 for just 2 brakes. Will never go here again and already suggested to co-workers, friends and especially family to never get service from here unless they want robbed. It's very upsetting to have to write this because the first time I had received service from them on my blazer they were not that expensive it actually was about the same price for all 4 of my brakes on a 4 wheel drive blazer. I actually referred people there because they were reasonably priced. Then they charge me the same price for just 2 brakes as they did for 4.

Their company name says it all. For being in the tough situation of needing a vehicle towed, they made my situation actually pleasurable. Jake, the truck operator, was extremely friendly and quickly hooked my truck, answered any questions and delivered to the dealer as requested. Thank you Jake! You were great!

Great Service in a Bad Situation
We hit a deer at dusk last night while traveling on vacation. The car is probably totalled. We had no idea what to do. The tow truck guy was super helpful. He dropped us at a hotel and helped us get our bags out of the damaged car. We could not have had better service in such a stressful situation. Thank you!

My car broke down In Walmart parking lot I tried calling my insurance company or their roadside assistance they totally dropped the ball I called a couple other local towing companies and they either couldn’t get to it or wanted to charge me till it hurt. I called friendly towing said they could have someone out there in about a half an hour got a call from Dan at friendly and he said he was seven minutes away when he got there he hook that car upAnd was on his way I now have his card in my glove box

Be very careful when dealing with this company. The staff employed here might try to take you in for a sucker due to their shady business practices. Be smart and informed; don't allow them to take advantage of you due to your unfortunate car problem.

Pro tip: They will attempt to contact you directly if your car is disabled and unclaimed. These swindlers will offer their repair services for your problem- don't agree for them to assist unless you, your insurance, and the local PD legitimately set it up. They're running their business dishonestly. If you decide to follow through with their con-artist act, you could potentially lose lots of money, and precious time.

Early morning flat tire
This morning my wife was going to work in Geneva on Rt.20 and her tire went flat. I couldn't get the lug nuts loose so she called roadside assistance. They said it'd be 60 to 75 minutes, so she took my car and continued on. Well, FFT&R's truck came out in far less time than that, 30 minutes maybe, and it was coming from Painesville! The tech got the lugs loose, changed the tire in no...time....flat(??) and I was on my way. I highly recommend them if you are unfortunately in need of assistance. Good job FFT&R!
