Elderly Dissatisfied
Be very careful at this mechanic shop, they are very good at deception, once your vehicle is dropped off for repair service, it never comes comes back the same. My vehicle never had an issue starting. it went there for something else, and when I get it back the starter stars acting up. They will have you coming back and forth paying more money for issues that weren't there previously

Inspection
My husband took my SUV in for an inspection and and a filter change. Even though he didn’t have a appointment he was out there in and out within 1hout. Great service 👍🏾

Went in this morning for early inspection and to have car checked before I go on a trip next week. Work was completed in just over one hour. Tires rotated and inspection completed with no issues. Ready for my trip next week.

Gerald said everything they did was fine, he is a pleased customer. About 3 years ago he had a 2000 Honda Civic which had a problem with the exhaust manifold. He was quoted $65 for a half hour job. The job took 4 hours and the business only charged him the quoted price of $65. Gerald says this is the best place in Richmond to go to.
