Frank's automotive shop ALL OF THEM
Worst place I've heard of. For my son it was a AAA closest shop on AAA's list. Made they simple problem worse. Then want more time and money to fix the damage caused by their shop . When the changed out battery they caused all kinds of issues. I would never recommend this establishment. Over charge for work they do. If you know nothing about the cars you work on then be honest.

Not only did franks not correct the damage (that insurance pd for) but they did more damage to the vehicle while it was there. Pls find a reputable company that doesn’t take advantage of ppl and their monies

Brought in my car for brake replacement as needed.
When I arrived and explained why I was bringing in my car, the gentlemen wrote down all of my information and told me if I could leave the car overnight and I said yes, but that I would need it by the weekend. Frank's Automotive proceeded to work on my car. They called me and explain what all they had to do and the cost of this along with checking my shocks in the rear. They gave me an estimate of the entire cost. They were very knowledgeable of what was needed and explained along with being very courteous and friendly. They did an excellent job and got the car back to me within the time frame. I highly recommend them to my family and friends for the great service they provide.

Sarcastic and Overpriced
I thought the diagnostic fee was around $50 but I misherd and it was $155 (hourly bench labor). Sticker shock for sure. I asked if he used the whole hour and he said it was actually two hours. He said sarcastically I could pay for two hours. I said no and he said "are you sure? I want to make sure you are getting what you want." Very unprofessional for someone who expects $155/hr. The overall price to replace my water pump/thermostat/fill antifreeze on a 2012 Dodge ram 1500 4.7L was just over $1k. A highly rated replacement on Amazon is only $35. It's a 2-3 hr job (I already watched a diy video). He was willing to negotiate on the price. I would have said $350 is fair, but I didn't even bother.

Honest and fast!
I was quoted $2500 at the dealership to fix my car after they had it for over a month. I called Franks because I felt like I was being overcharged, and they confirmed I was. Franks was able to fix my car in less than a week for $700 less than the dealership. I was helped by Rueben and Chris, and both of them were kind, professional, and most importantly, honest. I can’t thank them enough for their help, and I will be going to them for any problem I have with my vehicles in the future.

Did a good job of getting to my vehicle
Dropped off my vehicle for repair before leaving for a trip out of the country, but had an estimate done beforehand. They didn't look in my vehicle for the information they needed and I had left for them, so while i was away, nothing was done. However, when I got home and we got the misunderstanding taken care of, they did a great job.
