Five months later and still don’t have the parts that my insurance company paid them for, plus labor. But they took the money from them alright! They won’t return my calls, nor my insurance companies calls. I go in and they tell me my tech is always out, he apparently never works or is hiding in tnd back. My mirror on the door they replaced doesn’t work, they didn’t put it back together right so there is air and water coming in through the top, they keep lying about my parts coming. I have no steps for my Jeep or wheel cover. There is so much wrong it’s awful! They said id have the parts in a week- FIVE MONTHS AGO!! This is AFTER they had my Jeep for 34 days and refused to pay for my rental car past the 30 days I was covered. They took the insurance money and never ever called me back or installed/fixed the parts! I’m now at the point that I’m going to go to court. I have all the texts admitting it and lying about where the parts are etc. I have the sheet showing what the insurance paid-labor and parts that never came and no labor ever really happened. Imo that’s fraud and I won’t let this go. I would never tell anyone to go here! Go find an honest repair shop!

Worst service ever experienced

Awful service, worse quality
GNC has had my car for about two months. Not only is it still not done even though they called me and said it would be on 30 December, but they have been dishonest in every step along this horrible journey. David is a dirt merchant. Would recommend you buy all your own parts and watch YouTube videos before going to this place for work. Since then they comped my rental for an additional month. Then got me my car back about 3 months later. And nothing but issues since. They gave me a car with a cracked wiper fluid reservoir, there’s leak in the car when it rains and weather stripping on the drivers side door is falling off. Took a couple more months for them to get back to me and after having my car for another week, did nothing to fix the stripping or the leak. I wish I could give negative stars. AVOID G & C.
