This shop is hands down the best I've ever used... from The quality of the work to the ppl who kept me up to date on the status of the work being done. Great job thank you our Z-28 couldn't sound better....

Greg told me to get the f*ck out of his shop.
I'm very shocked at the audacity of Greg, the owner.
I have done business with this shop twice. The first time, Greg installed some catalytic converters on my F150. He installed one side backward (noted by arrow & word "Flow") which wasn't a big deal.
During my second visit for an exhaust manifold gasket, I mentioned it and asked him if he could correct. He said he would and said he did in fact swap when I picked it up.
Fast-forward to today, I figured I would try him out for brakes on the same F150. Before leaving, I decided to take a look and noticed that the catalytic converter he originally installed was STILL backward.
I drove up and told him I was interested in brakes but needed to fix the catalytic converter first. He told me he doesn't own the shop (it is called Gregg's muffler & brake and he has always identified himself as the owner during my visits) and that I did not give him any money for work on my truck, ever.
I figured maybe he just didn't remember so I started telling him about when I was in there and what all he had done to the truck. He cut me off in the middle of my sentence, repeated that it wasn't his shop and I haven't given him any money, then told me to get the f*ck out of his shop.
As a small-business owner, I am really shocked at the situation. I went there with the intention of spending more money even after the botched job and lies about correcting that botched job and was then run out of the shop by someone named Greg (who apparently is not the owner on days when problems are present).
Guys like this give automotive shops a poor name. I can't imagine what kinds of things this place does to people who are not familiar with automotive repairs.
PS, I have never, ever left a review for any business but to be told to get the f*ck out while having a decent conversation is unacceptable in a business or any other setting.

Dan said he was very disappointed after he called because he had an oil change and tire rotation coupon for $19.99. It was not honored. He made sure that was the cost when he arrived for his appointment at 2 p.m., but he was charged $28.40 when it was done. He was treated so badly by the two men who performed service that they have lost him as a customer. He would like an apology from them.
