Vehicle repair
Very poor communication lack of knowledge receptionist Taylor.
Had my daughter's car towed there they had it for a week and a half. Taylor quoted me $1800 to fix. Called me telling me alternator was bad only one they could find was $500 but told me they would look around for cheaper one and never did taylor Taylor lied to her boss after we argued that when she called and told me car was done the total was $3140 wtf that is way more then original price. So we talked to owner found out they only order through Napa and do a 20% mark up on all parts I get that but instead of calling other places they screw you. Got the car didn't even get a mile before antifreeze was leaking all over the place and over heated took it back had to have it flushed and refilled 2 days later antifreeze still leaking and bad noise still there saying that it's new parts bullshit got to looking over the whole bill realized they didn't do alignment on it now have to take it back in once again.
I do not recommend this place at all unless you want screwed over. The technician is very good owner very respectful but receptionist dumb as fuck.

Top Notch Customer Service
It doesn't matter what reason I take any of our vehicles into GAPS for, they are fast, courteous, and provide top-notch customer service. This trip was for a simple oil change, but the quality and speed of service was great none-the-less.

Brian said his overall experience was not good. The lady at the front desk was amazing. However, when his vehicle broke down on the side of the road, it was towed to the business and they did get on it right away. He said they put parts on the vehicle and could not find out what was wrong with it. He said it has been at the business for 3-4 days and it is still not fixed.

Service is quick and friendly
I always feel secure in knowing that the mechanics and front desk (Tammy) have my best interest at heart. When I tell them I am taking a road trip, I know that I am not going to have any problems. Peace of mind id worth a lot ...and they are reasonable in pricing.
