Very happy with Kevin, Brad and Jason!!
We had some issues with my other car and explained everything to Kevin. (Kevin has been our salesperson that we have dealt with for a number of years - and he is the main reason we keep going back to Gateway). The crew, Kevin, Brad and Jason went out of their way to make us happy with the end result - and we are very happy with our two new Hyundai Tucson vehicles. Highly recommend!!

Allen got the Santa Fe. We wanted, he ran through the dashboard . We called him to find out how to get the second seat up. We set a time to have another lesson and he said give a call anytime.

Great experience, love my new car!!
I originally went in just to look at some cars and get an idea of what I wanted but when I test drove the Elantra they had I fell in love. The associate was able to keep my payment under my budget, I got a good trade value for my other car, and everyone was super kind and helpful and very clear in breaking down the whole leasing process since I’d never done it before.

Went way above in service
I sometimes wonder what happened to customer service. It just doesn't seem to matter anymore but it mattered to the Gate way Hyundai dealership. I took my vehicle in for heater repair which was still on warranty, Nicole was the gal that helped me get registered and they bent over backwards to help me. I live in Grand Forks ,they gave me a rental car as they were going to keep the car for a few days and then, they brought my car back to Grand Forks for me so I didn't have to make another trip to Fargo. Customer service is back thank you Gateway for being so kind.

Upon entering the dealership we were met with a salesperson. We knew what we wanted and got to test drive prospective vehicle. The warranty and financing was hard to beat. Have had family that has also gotten from them which was my leaning point to check them out first.
