Verified CustomerWe are sorry for what might appear like not answering our phone or being at the front counter when you walked in. In actuality, our phones ring almost constantly, usually there is more than 1 person answering the phones, buy you did catch us right in the middle of typical lunch times. Normally there is just 1 person up front but there are typically others in the office or in the shop. Our man at the front desk had literally just gone to the restroom before you walked in and was back in less than 10 minutes after we checked our security cameras from when you came in. We would not be happy if he were in fact gone for 20+ minutes either!
We don't typically call customers back if we don't have any new information on their vehicle or repairs. At times we are waiting on parts availability or pricing, mechanics to get freed up to go over a plan for your repair work to get you a comprehensive estimate. We strive to give the most accurate estimates and sometimes they take a little more time than we and our customers would like but believe in providing accurate information so you can make an informed decision.
