Booked an appointment over a week in advance only to be told that they had no record of it even though I had record of it. This after driving 60 miles round-trip to drop the vehicle off then I was told that once they had the vehicle they would need it for at least 3 to 5 days to diagnose something as simple as why I can’t get heat into my Genesis G90. To be honest a vehicle like the G 90 should not be having a heat thermostat issue after 20,000 miles make no mistake. This is not LEXUS dealership.

All in all it was a very good experience. They had a very limited selection of vehicles, but that's because of supply issues. The sales manager was very friendly and determined to satisfy my requirements. Sales person was educated and made it a smooth transaction.
