Secondly we would certainly like to aplogize for any price misunderstanding. It was our understanding that even though price was discussed up front, we still renegotiated before delivery due to good customer service.
Our General Manager has tried to reach out to you by phone to try and resolve any grivence you might have. We try our best at complete customer satisfaction, however if we fall short we certainly try and make it right.
