My car came back dented
The car came back with a small dent in the trunk. My car was filmed for dents on the way in but when I asked to view the film after finding the dent I was told the I-pad used malfunctioned. In the end I was offered a repair if I would split the cost. To date it remains unresolved.

Website doesn't work properly...Connected Services is a JOKE!!
5 times i asked the advertised "Connected Services" a question and NOT 1 was answered and not 1 rep. went the extra step to find me help. I just tried to "Contact Us" on the website and there was no way to send. I was notified "i have no maintenance scheduled" AND "...my vehicle is in good health.." WHEN IN FACT I HAVE AN OCT. 1ST APPT. AND IN NEED OF MY FIRST RECOMMENDED SERVICE CHECK. Feeble attempts to ask if everything is all right with the car but no answers are returned. One location took a month to book and another 2 weeks because "they're backed up with not enough parts for all that is needed"!!! $70,000 car and this is the Service to expect??!!
