We purchased a new Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Waukesha. Alex was so great to work with, he stayed an hour after closing on a Friday night to make sure we understood the technology on the car.

Boucher Genesis
Picked up a 2021 G80 from Genesis of Waukesha. Fawn, our salesperson, was friendly yet prompt with all of our questions and needs. The negotiating process was fair. I shopped several dealerships before settling on Boucher. They make it easy. I absolutely love the G80. Go take a test drive.

Great dealership, non-aggressive, comfortable buying experience
I'm in the camp of generally loathing the car dealership experience. Much like walking into a mattress store, the feeling of being pressured into a sale or stalked around the store is unnerving to me. Fortunately working with Amanda was totally different. She took her time to show me around the dealership selection, was transparent about pricing from the get go, and allowed me to feel comfortable throughout the buying experience. I took home a GV70 after our first meeting and have been really enjoying it so far. We came across a couple cosmetic issues in our first week of ownership, and Amanda has been wonderful in communicating with us the next steps for a service appointment. She also reached out simply to see how we were faring and if we had any questions about the myriad of tech/safety features in the car. The dealership was clean and modern, and it seems they have the best and largest inventory around for Genesis vehicles.

Basic improvement is needed right away
I would not recommend this dealership for a Genesis now, Hyundai yes but there are some very basic sales and customer interaction items they need to improve upon right away.
