Always polite and efficient
I told them it was my only car and I couldn't be without. They gave me a loaner (this was not offered to me the first time I took it there in 2021) so this is a huge improvement, and I got my car back in just a few hours.

Oip change and recommendations
Dee was great. I came in to get an oil change and change out all the air filters. So the oil change cost me $180. I have a 2015 Audi A8L. The air filters cost me and it was a total $504. Now for a lot of people, including me, is a lot of money. But go to the dealership and their minimum price was $280 plus. And that is not including the air filters. So you can only imagine.
They also did a full inspection on my car and found some issues. Which I was very appreciative. Also they took pictures of the problems so you can see for yourself they are not making it up.
Most repairs on an Audi or any German car will be expensive. But German auto will be more reasonable than the dealership. Constantine and Dee have treated with respect and made my experience pleasant. I will take my Audi there for all my repairs.
Also note, they will work on any brand car. Like my ex-wife's Equinox. You can trust them. And feel you are getting a fair shake.

Excellent service - quality
First time visiting for scheduled regular maintenance — great service. They recommended changing the brakes with plain understandable information with options (I can do it now at the 50%) or do it later. I like that they had a conversation with me. I got dropped off at home and pickup up as well. I’ll use them again for sure. The staff are really nice and engaging.

Great Service
I took my car here, not knowing what to expect, but I was really pleased with my overall experience, the staff was great and communicated daily with detailed explanations of what what wrong with my vehicle, they got me back on the road within a day. Service is different
I've been a costumer for a few years now. Owning a German car it's hard to find a shop in trust to do work on my vehicles because of the price I need the best and most trusted. I have noticed some differences in service recently. Before I use to feel like I was dropping my car off to ppl who were passionate about what they do ( had a love for their profession ) the last time it felt like a fast food restaurant and im just a costumer buying a burger that came out of a microwave. The panamera came back leaking oil due to the drain plug that wasn't leaking before I brought it in and the cayenne headliner wasn't put back properly when I had them check for water leaking. They didn't put it back the way I dropped it off leaving the edges around the doors hanging. That really made me upset especially for what I paid for no conclusion or results for my issue. I'm not a complainer but I appreciate being treated as if I'm valued as a costumer because the only reason I come there is because I value the service that you have provided in the past. I'd normally give u a 10 but I'm gonna have to give u a 7 this time. Let's get back to the old ways. Thank u

Amazing experience
I had an amazing experience with German Star Motor! They fixed my car without any extra cost and didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. Their team is professional, honest, and provides exceptional customer service. I can’t recommend them enough—100% satisfaction!

Before coming to German Star Motor, I had taken my car to Pep Boys, where it sat for ten days. They eventually called me without any apology to say they couldn’t work on my car. The difference in service quality was night and day. German Star Motor truly went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

A shop of professionals all around
First rate German repair shop - I have an older BMW Z4 and it has its quirks. It's so great to work with their professional service advisors, as well as the tech team doing the services. Had a major transmission problem that led to a replacement, they did a great job and worked to save me money where it could help without compromising the end result. Nice people on top of it!

Nice workers and great prices!
This was my first time here and besides great service I loved how thoroughly everything was inspected AND sent to me via a link with pictures/videos. It gave a great overview on what needs to be observed and what issues it had and why. Prices were very reasonable and lower than most shops I’ve been to and they were quick with everything too. Definitely going back in the future and thank you again for everything!
