Amazing Service
I can't say enough about how happy I am with Gibbs. Everyone there is so nice and they really take their time with you. The staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I used them for a pre-buy inspection, but if I lived closer I'd be dropping my current shop in a heartbeat. Go see them!

I'm not sure whether the potential electrical issue with my vehicle was resolved and I was charged a little over $80 for them to change my cabin running light. This seemed a little steep as the bulb itself cost $8 and I usually change out bulbs myself. I've generally had good experiences with Gibbs in the past though and have always been treated well by staff. I might consider taking my vehicle somewhere else next time though depending on my most recent experience.

Engine Replacement 2018 Chevy
Brought my truck in due to my engine going bad. George got my new motor and was very upfront with the timeframe and what was needed and why. Truck was back on the road quickly, even got washed. Mike was very thorough in explaining the warranty process of the motor and the parts that were installed. Glad they were recommended to me.

Gibbs automotive is the only shop I will take my car to. I had an oil change done and they rotated the tires. They were fantastic and very professional as well as prompt. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Makela, Mike George and the great mechanics. The price is great ?.

Long time on a challenging problem - with honesty and persistence
Cleaning up after a pack rat in a hybrid then installing Rid-a-Rat. This was done when there were many other customers to take care of as well. Everyone - as always was courteous and informative.
