Poor Service
Really disappointed after being sold a brand new vehicle (financially anchoring me to the car) and not only has the car been defected but the dealership doesn't keep it's commitment of excellence to its customers once the car is off the lot. Same goes for the service department - not their problem if it's under warranty or not; zero assistance or information to upkeep new vehicles and make the auto owners happy.
