Good service
It’s always a pleasure dealing with this service shop. Nobody ever wants to have to have work done on their car. it’s very hard to find an honest quality shop with respectable employees. Their crew at greenlight automotive definitely does quality work, and has honest opinions on the work that needs to be done.

Honest Service
We moved into Syracuse from the Rochester area. We were used to a multitude of service options available, while living in the Rochester area for 16 years.

Upon relocating, we realized that the service options were half of what used to be available to us. After bouncing from dealership to dealership during the first year and receiving an attitude of take it or leave it, we started asking friends via 'word of mouth' as whom to go to for reliable service. Within less than a month we received three recommendations to try GreenLight Auto.

We tried them out and found that both Chris and Scott were brutally honest, straight forward and down to earth. They advised us of the repairs that were needed for our vehicles, while also recommending what may need to be addressed down the line, but not pushing those repairs on us for the additional sale.

It was refreshing and nice to receive an old school approach. We have taken our four vehicles to them over the last 2+ years with nothing but good results. As long as GreenLight Auto is an available option in the Syracuse area, we will be utilizing them.

A little disappointed in cost but pleased with results
I was very pleased with my previous experience as I felt that the engine replacement was reasonably priced and done in good time.
I was slightly disappointed that my car wouldn't start about 500 miles after the engine replacement and that the issue was cracked spark plugs, which I thought were part of the engine and would be covered under the warranty. I had previously had my spark plugs replaced not 6 months prior to the engine needing replacement so I'm surprised I had to pay for all new ones...
Otherwise, I'm pleased that my vehicle is starting again and running well!
