Worst customer service EVER
The place was dead yet I waited and waited and waited for someone to help me. They kept trying to upsell me even when I told them my budget was set. They also told me my trade in was worth nothing even though I sold it a few weeks later for $12,000 which was KBB value. Owner Teresa is the rudest woman I've ever met in my entire life and will never return, and you shouldn't waste your time.

Jeremy said there was a problem in the beginning when he got his vehicle. He had a few rough bumps with them about the problems he was having with it. They were trying to figure out who was responsible and he did not like their response. He did not have his vehicle for 2 weeks and they were able to sort things out.

Steve said the service advisor was a good guy. He gave him a lot of quotes on after market parts. He was disappointed they did not give him the old part they removed, even though it was broken.
