Kimberly,
There are so many false statements in here I am not sure where to begin but lets try...
- Everything we billed for, we did. Your insurance companies adjuster point blank declined to pay for things with the reasoning being "we just don't pay for that" while acknowledging it would need to be done. Offering the RTA appraiser and paying for it, was a courtesy to try and help you. As far as the rates, that was OUR Subaru certified rate. To become a certified shop for any of the manufacturers we are certified with, they require a combination of specialty tooling and training. Our rates are set to reflect our cost of doing business for each brand we specialize in. Besides that, the rate difference was such a small part of the difference that if that was the only issue it would have been smooth sailing.
- We went over the paperwork with you when you dropped. We also asked if you had any questions on the authorizations after we went over them.
- On updates, we contacted you every Tuesday and Thursday. This is what we stated we would do at the beginning.
- While it was definitely not two months, the reason it took roughly 40 days is due to the extensive amount of repairs on your vehicle. If we use your insurance companies formula to determine length of repairs, it would be over 37 BUSINESS days.
- Please let us know how we can help with any issues.
