Dying Battery
When starting my car I noted a slow engine turnover, and with the current battery a little over two years old it was a tell tale sign. I called Kirk at the Mesa shop. He confirmed he had a battery in stock and told me to come by. In less than an hour I drove to the shop, had the new battery installed and was back home. Don't think there is any better service than this. Ironically, the battery in my wife's car was replaced at this location two weeks ago - same great service.

22 yr old van keeps running like new
I teamed with h&i to maintain my 22 yr old van that has been all over the country then back to H&I for scheduled maintenance. I trust their word and they have not let me down. I recommend H&I very highly!

Called ahead to order a battery and schedule an appointment for replacement. Schedule set, arrived on time, and got right in with replacement in a matter of just a few minutes as promised.

The best automotive service center in the valley
H&I is the best automotive repair service center in the valley. If you don't care to being ripped off, don't go to H&I. Our loyalty to each other spans over 20 years. Can you name another automotive repair center that provides you with a 5-year parts and labor warrantee and stands behind their warrantee? Name another repair center that will not replace parts that do not need replacement. Steve Buchmeier will diagnose a problem and provide you with other solutions. His automotive technicians are highly trained and courteous. Their moto is "Good labor is not cheap and cheap labor is not good".

I'm very impressed with the professionalism of the managers.
H&I technician checked my car thoroughly, and they provided a detailed explanation of what was checked, and their suggestions for fixing my vehicle's issues.

Professional and Knowledgeable
I brought my car in because I thought I was having an electrical issue. Steven asked me some questions to try and diagnose the issue and allowed me to ramble. They inspected the vehicle and found that my model actually had a recall due to a fuel pump issue. They provided me with all the information I’d need to get this addressed with my dealership and charged me a minimal fee for the work that was done. I’m extremely happy with my experience and their overall professionalism and kindness.
