Had to get the motor replaced on my car due to a thrown rod. Had it done in a little over a month but now a new issue was happening. Due to their negligence incorrectly setting up the linkage to the transmission my vehicle would not go into park thus having me have to manually unplug the battery just to turn it off. Sent it back in so that they could "fix" , but got it back doing the same thing and the ignition also turning over causing a grinding noise and having to wait about 5 minutes to try it again so that it would turn on. They also charged me for a diagnosis for a problem they were fully aware they caused by the way. I send it in now a third time so they could fix the transmission issue I now deal with and was told it would be done within 2 days. I am now currently waiting a month later and there has been absolutely no progress at all. I call and am constantly told "just a couple more days" but this has been going on for a month now. This is totally unacceptable and would highly recommend getting mechanic work done anywhere but here.

Best service and most knowledgeable mechanics.
My experience with HCS automotive repair has been an absolute, effortless and pleasant experience. From the incredible receptionist to the account services was seamless. I felt welcomed, and they explained in detail what it was that was happening with my car. If more businesses were running this way, life would be an easier place. Thanks to Michelle and Jeremy for their impeccable service.

Misdiagnosed for Huge 2nd Bill
So these guys charged me almost $1,400, misdiagnosed my vehicle and wanted $2,900 to repair it when i wasn't even able to make it halfway home. Not a fan. I had it towed to another repair shop after i had it towed back to them and it still had a check engine light. 2001 Dodge. Also all together took 4 weeks

Awesome customer service!!
5 stars is not enough! Customer service alone gets 50 stars! From my description of the problem, they estimated $300. They drove me home as I had to leave the car overnight (It was close to closing time).
I was called about 9:30am the next morning. "Your car is ready, it was only a minor wheel lug problem. It will be $48."
I have since moved back to Georgia, but I highly recommend HCS!
cant say anymore bout this place.. there efficient , dependable , and fair.. would recommend this place to anyone for reliable car maintenance.. Thumbs up guys keep up the great work.
These guys were courteous and quick. They had the work done by the time promised and gave great feedback about the vehicle. The online reports are great.
HCS replaced my rotors in July so when I started having the same issue again I took it back to HCS since it had only been 3 months. They found that the same rotors had bad warping so they warrantied them and replaced them for free. Well... not really free as they charged me a $50 diagnostic fee even though I told them of the issue beforehand. I shouldn’t of had to pay a diagnostics fee.
I also asked them to replace the front tire monitoring sensor since I have had that alert on the dash for a while. They replaced it and so I asked if that meant the errors are cleared and they said yes. When I picked up the car, it still had the same alerts and no sensors reporting from any tire. I went back inside and said why is it still not working and was told I need to drive the car for 5min to clear it up. I’ve never ever in my life heard of an auto repair place saying to drive the car and the errors will clear up. If so, why didn’t they drive it 5min down the road to “clear up the errors” since they told me the alerts were cleared before coming to pick it up. So after 20+min and 12 miles of driving around, I took it back to the shop and said I’m still having the alerts. Someone else came to help this time. He said maybe sensors just need reset but he didn’t know how to do it exactly. So I pulled up my phone and googled it and showed the service guy the steps and then he did it and cleared up all alerts. It was not a pleasant experience today...
I dropped my car off on Monday. Every day they found more work it needed . I believe it did need the work—-but I was finally able to retrieve my car on Friday, I don’t think it should have taken five days to diagnose and repair it.
