Water Pump Replacement, Toyota Camry
Water pump replacement. On the positive side, they seem to have done a good job replacing the water pump and putting everything back together again. Plus, after I mentioned I already had two new belts, that go on the pump, they put the new belts on and returned the old belts, along with all the old parts as requested. On the negative side, I don't know if too much pressure was put on the system while giving it new coolant, but they left a significant puddle of new coolant underneath the driver's floor mat. It even bleached the edge of the floor mat closest to the heater core. Now, I have to wonder if there's a new leak in the heater core or if it was just a one time coolant installment problem. Secondly, though my camera system mysteriously got turned off for the test drive, it did catch someone putting the car in reverse while it was still moving forward and in drive while the car was moving backward (It's just a pet peeve of mine.), while parking the car. Over-all, the negatives aside, everyone was professional and courteous; and, I'd recommend Hale Automotive to neighbors.

My new 334000 mi truck
I have a 1995 Ford F150 with 334,000 miles. I brought it to Hale Automotive where I have taken all of my cars for many years . My truck hasn't run well for a long time, and the AC wasn’t working . It turned out. It did need a lot of repairs that I should’ve had done years ago ,since it wasn’t my daily driver I didn’t really worry about it.
Hale would send me a text stating what needed to be done and the prices and I would have to approve before they went on with that part of the repair. I had them do everything it needed, which was a smart move. Truck runs perfect and the AC is cold. John Hale ‘s always follows up on repairs
I trust him completely with my vehicle’s. That’s why I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else ,so if you have an older car that you think you maybe need to sell or trade it because it doesn’t run very good ,let Hale Automotive check it out,and repair what’s needed at a much lower cost than anyone else , especially a dealer?.

First time customer
First time visit bringing my 19+ year old vehicle to Hale. Excellent service. Found some other issue with vehicle. Necessary repairs were completed ahead of schedule and at a very fair price. Staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning to Hale for all my automotive needs.

Diagnosis and replacement
Always great service I have used Hale for years. I made my own diagnosis and once again I was wrong and was told it would be much cheaper than I expected. Instead of a major repair I thought it was it turned out to be somewhat minor. I trust them with my vehicles one has 340,000 miles and the other has 506,000 miles

Service as it should be. Done right the first time.
9 a.m. appointment - they were ready when I arrived (on time). Quickly informed me of the condition of my brakes. Stated a price and how long the work would take. Actual cost came in a bit lower than estimate. Time to complete also came in a bit less than estimated. I appreciate their straight forward approach and they deliver as promised.
