Rude
I guess they don't want customers.
The person who give us test drive. He was so rude and make uncomfortable. I know it is very demanding buying cars theses days . But still we are not happy about how they treat us for test drive.

Appointment Problem - Lack of interest in solving it.
I made an appointment online using Hyundai's website and received a confirmation e-mail saying that I was assigned to a service advisor named: "Vern S."
When I arrived at Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai I was informed by "Jimmy S." that the advisor that I was assigned was not working there anymore and that they could not find my appointment. I showed the confirmation e-mail but they said there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked. I asked if there was anyone or any number that I could contact but they said it was not their problem, it was a "Hyundai booking system" problem and showed a complete lack of interest in solving it. In summary, if you are planning to use their services, do not expect good customer service and make sure you call the shop ahead of time to confirm appointments that were made online via Hyundai website or app (even if you have received a confirmation e-mail).
