Dishonest and Disrespectful
Multiple issues with the management.

1- They tried to increase the sale price after negotiations began.

2- They knew I was driving across the state, had all of my information, yet could not manage to do their jobs and secure financing before I wasted 6 hours driving.

3- They falsely advertise lease payments on thier website. Worse, they are aware of it too.

Service
We naught a 2021 Acaidia and pai cash for it about Seven months ago. Since the it’s been in for the camera four times. Each time we’ve been treated like crap. The last time , they replaced two wire harnesses. When they took the side panel off the right inside , they scratched it all up, and said the mechanic dropped it on the floor. Well, it looks to me the mechanic threw it across the floor at least three to four times. It looks like a kid tried to draw on it with a sharp knife. I’ve talked to management a number of times. It doesn’t do any good. Twice when it was in there with and appointment. We waited all day there and they never called to tell us they couldn’t get it done. The only way we found out was toward the end of the day, we went in to ask how much longer. Once they hadn’t even touched it. My advice is: never pay cash, then they got you. We are now talking to an attorney! They camera, still doesn’t work right. We’ve been told to many times, that they would get to the bottom of it. Nobody has ever contacted me .

Highly recommend
I had a great experience down at Harnish GMC! Through my process I worked with Reggie, Paul and Billie for financing. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and for everything to run smoothly! I had my 3 year old with me as well and everyone was quick to jump in with different ways to entertain him. I would highly recommend going down and working with these wonderful people!

Shop elsewhere
This dealership is absolutely terrible. I bought a brand new corvette from them last December. Within two thousand miles, it needed a new transmission, had coding issues, the torque tube and wheel bearing needed replaced, etc. I understand lemons happen, but what dealers do when issues arise really show their customer loyalty. It was clear during this experience GMC Puyallup couldn’t care less.

When I bought the corvette, the salesperson was a big help in telling me with almost every question “check the owners manual.” With the mechanical issues, it was misdiagnosed twice by their mechanics and in the shop (five separate times) for over 45 days in four months. Communication was laughable; they would rarely call me for updates, just tell me “they’re working on it” when I called in, they ordered the wrong parts, and only once or twice lived up to any ETA’s. I reached out to the General Manager during these issues who was completely useless, not returning my emails or calls asking for assistance. I made a mistake for not taking it to another dealership to get it repaired that would have known what it was doing.

I partnered with the Washington State Lemon law and got the car returned to General Motors as a lemon. The dealership, of course, did nothing to help me with this process.

It’s clear they don’t know how to deal or fix Corvettes. You have plenty of options shopping for cars, please do yourself a favor and use those options instead. You will feel abandoned once you have issues with this dealership.

Terrible in several ways
