Don’t do it!
A dealership is known by the service center. Don’t do it! Recently brought up my vehicle for recalls. When I picked up, my car was making horrible noise from the front end. The service manager identified that they didn’t do anything, but my vehicle was not doing this when I dropped it off. This is typical that you hear about from dealerships. Again, I said don’t do it!

Went to buy a new car and was totally ignored by sales staff.
My last 3 cars all Hyundai were purchased at Rockland Hyundai after being dissatisfied with Healey. Decided to go back to Healy purely for convenience. Walked the whole showroom and back not even acknowledged. Did I not look like I could afford a new car? Too old? Rockland Hyundai here I come again!

The worst dealership in the country don’t buy a car from Healey in beacon Newyork
Healy Hyundai is not a good dealership I brought my car there and when I drove it 15 hours away I didn’t realize the oil pan was cracked now I was seeing oil leaking when I got back they charged me 600$ to fix it then I realized I’m covered they didn’t want to give my money back they tried to keep 50$ of my money for their mistake this Healy needs to be shut down their don’t care when it comes to black peoples and the are thieves they don’t treat you good shut this place down the service department and the supervisor Phil he said I threaten him but he the only one heard it he is a liar he said I was acting irrational so why you didn’t call the cops because you are full of it Mr Healy you hear a lie you catch a thief and that is Phil your manager in service

Dealership with No Integrity
If it were possible to give negative stars, I would. What this dealership lacks is the one thing you want most from any business, especially a business where you are going to spend $30,000 of your hard earned money, and that is INTEGRITY. Without integrity, you can’t TRUST anything this dealership says. I live in Maryland, 5 ½ hours from this dealership. I saw a vehicle we had been looking for and it seemed perfect. I contacted them last Thursday, 7/20, and the salesman, Mike, contacted me right back. By Friday morning he had sent me pictures and I had filled out the finance paperwork and agreed to buy the vehicle. It still needed to be “certified” but he assured me it would be moved to the front of the line and would be ready for delivery at 9:30 this morning. I got to work making a hotel reservation for Tuesday Night, last night, and took off work yesterday and today to go up Tuesday, spend the night, and buy the vehicle Wednesday morning. In addition, I had to rent a vehicle, one way, from Maryland to New York, where I would have to turn it in. Monday came and I got a text from Mike saying that the water pump was bad and wanted to know if I could move to the following Wednesday. I explained I could not and if the car wasn’t going to be ready just to refund my $1,000 and I would find something else. He came back 20 minutes later and told me that “his GM ASSURED him that the vehicle would be ready Wednesday morning.” He also told me that the GM was sending someone to pick up the part. I told him that, if it would help out, that we could make the appointment a little later Wednesday but that I had to be on the road Wednesday. I changed my appointment time to 1 PM. I rented my car Tuesday, drove 5 ½ hours and checked into the hotel, asking for a late checkout since my appointment wasn’t until 1 PM. I woke up and sat around until it was time to return the rental car and take an Uber to the dealership. I returned the car and was walking out when I got a text from Mike that there were more problems with the vehicle. Immediately after the text, I received a call from one of the managers at the dealership, telling me that they had now found the front radar wasn’t functioning and that the parts would not be in for a couple days, but that they were currently installing the water pump!! If someone was going to get the water pump MONDAY, why was it just being installed Wednesday?!! I told him that they knew since last Friday I was coming up today, with many arrangements made, and asked why they had not found this problem Friday or Monday, thus saving me the long trip and hassle. He said “he can’t help when a car breaks.” Un hello, that’s not the problem here. The problem is that they didn’t have the car completely gone over, after having all day Friday and Monday to do it, or they would have found that problem too. Now I would not be able to buy the vehicle. What would a dealership with integrity done?They would have profusely apologized and offered to at least reimburse me for the rental cars and the hotel. Did he do that? Nope he said sorry we will be happy to give your $1,000 back. Wow, thanks!!! You are giving me my own $1,000 back after making me take 2 days off work, drive 11 hours in 2 days, rent a car twice and pay for a hotel room!! Gee thanks. This dealership has no integrity. I know crap happens, and that’s what he is going to get on here and say. We didn’t know, blah blah blah. But it’s what you do about that crap, AFTER YOU HAVE ASSURED A CUSTOMER THE VEHICLE WILL BE READY AND TO COME UP, that really matters. Shame on this dealership, and shame on anyone who thinks they can trust this dealership or anything they say.

Do Not Buy Blue Maintenance Service Plan
BE WARNED – HEALEY DOES NOT HONOR THE MAINTENANCE PLAN
On 9/4/2022, upon paying for an oil change at Healey Hyundai, I was persuaded to purchase Healey’s Blue Premium Maintenance Plan for $377.36. I had, and will have for another three years, a DMV required interlock device in my car. As I stayed there while it was being done (so I could start the car for them when necessary), there was no issue or hiccup in the completion of the oil change. I returned to Healey Hyundai on 12/6/22 for subsequent scheduled oil change and expected to use the Healey Blue Premium Maintenance Plan that I purchased at the previous service appointment, but was instead told that they recently changed their policy in regard to the interlock device and would not honor the maintenance plan I purchased. I was a bit perturbed because I had to use a vacation day to have my car serviced…would have been nice to know this previously, but ok, whatever, sucks for me. I told the service rep that I expected a refund for the unused portion of the $377.36 maintenance plan, which should be at least $227.36 if I estimate the cost of the 9/4/22 oil change at a very generous $150. The two service guys at the desk agreed that I should and would receive a refund. In fact, Tony L. emailed a “Frank Richter” right then while I stood in front of him at 2:34pm on 12/6/22 to request the refund – as, “he is the person who handles this stuff and he will call me about the refund”. I was not given any contact person info with which to follow up. Having not heard from anyone in several days, I called Healey Hyundai today and the kind receptionist informed me that Frank Richter is their HR person????? Why would the service guy email the HR person about my refund?? BECAUSE IT IS A BS HOAX, that’s why. I guarantee you they are planning on keeping my money. This is a huge corporation…they don’t need my $277.36, BUT I DO!! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN BENEFIT FROM MY MISTAKE - DO NOT BUY THE HEALEY HYUNDAI BLUE MAINTENANCE PLAN!

New Car misaligned tailgate from factory
I leased a new 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe limited, right there on the Healy lot I opened the tailgate and top of tailgate was hitting the right top side of the spoiler. I mentioned this to the sales man right away. He advise just setup an appt to have it looked at and we will take care of it.
I did just that, I took it in on my appt date, I was given a loaner and drove away. I got the car back and the problem was fixed, no noise and the top of tailgate was aligned. a few week ago I was getting a problem indicator that my cross safety system needed to be checked, then a second indictor came up that my rear cross safety blind spot system needed to be checked. I took it to Suresky Hyundai for an oil change, and ask them to check for these indicator problems, and I was told that car was in an accident, I told no it has never been in an accident. I told the sales man that the tailgate came misaligned from factory and that Healy Hyundai sent it to a body shop to get fixed. Sales man advised that I lost my warranty because of the work done on tailgate, I was pissed. I took the car back to Healy and told them what I was told, and Mike told me the same thing, that I would have to pay for the diagnostic if not cover under the warranty, now I am really pissed. You had the work done on new car and now the problem is mine. I am not pay for any diagnostic or repair, this was your car to sell, and your car to fix, so fix it.

Healey Hyundai is by far one of the better Hyundai branches in the Hudson valley area.. the service I received was excellent they called me with every detail pertaining to my vehicle. I was treated as a valued customer and not a bank account. My service team was absolutely on point in answering all my questions that I had at the time of my visit, and even went above and beyond to ensure a part I needed was in fact covered under my warranty. I highly recommend Healey Hyundai for your next vehicle purchase or even just a spa day for your car 100% satisfied

Why I live my Hyundai Venue
Coming off a much larger American car, I expected a hard ride and not much speed or pick up (v6). Boy, was I surprised. Car on highway drive like a dream, great pick up. Great handling. The only thing I don’t like is optional in lane guiding, but I don’t use it so, no problem.
