A Positive and Pleasant Experience
Abra Adams at the South Blvd location was very pleasant and professional to work with. I told him what I was looking to buy and he
was diligent in finding the car I wanted.
He is not a pressure salesperson. Working with him was comfortable. Since I only buy a car every 7-8 years, he was very clear on the process.
I am now home with my new car and pleasant thoughts of my encounter with Abra!

Don’t do business here!
After many years purchasing from Hendrick BMW over the years, I WILL NEVER GO BACK after the experience I recently had. From Ryan in finance, the narcissist who was completely self absorbed, to Christopher who was the weakest salesperson I’ve ever worked with. It literally would take a move of epic proportions to get him to really WORK on a deal! I’m amazed at how he makes it. And then finally, Cliff, The GM. Cliff called to try and smooth things over with a manufactured and completely inauthentic “protocol” phone call. Pathetic! Folks, Hendrick ain’t what it use to be. I left there feeling judged, played and indescribably disappointed in the experience. My advice: BUY ANYWHERE BUT HENDRICK! In closing, I’d also like to mention how VERY disappointed I’ve been in the service department recently as well. Those folks certainly do not deliver the service they use to. Shop elsewhere. Service your car elsewhere. Not here. Ever!

Service experience
I have been a customer for about 40 years at Hendrick and Saad Mubarak has been my service advisor for about the last 20. He is hands down the best in terms of attention but most importantly trustworthiness. I feel confident every time I come in that I am getting top service response and honest advice

Excellent Service, clean high quality loaners
This is my 3rd 5 series, my daughter has a 3 series, and my business partner also has a 5 series. All but one was purchased at Hendrick because they cake care of us above and beyond no matter what our service needs. Although all the reps are friendly and provide excellent service, Saud Maburak is our service rep of choice. His professionalism is exceptional.We always try to schedule appointments when he is available. Overall I highly recommend Hendrick BMW for purchase and/or Services.

Continued excellence
We continue to receive thorough, timely, and comprehensive service at Hendrick BMW Charlotte.
I know I can trust Saad Mubarak to be available for advice on how to proceed with a service issue, which he always facilitates in the most efficient manner.
We have never had such pleasant, efficient and timely service interactions with Saad.
He is is the best.

Recently bought a new 2024 BMW X5. We had trouble getting garage door opener to work.
Caleigh Ward , our Service Representative along with Abbie Simon and Jordyn Synder have been outstanding in addressing the issue. . Their professionalism , persistence, and follow up are absolutely the best!!
They are all also very nice people who are outstanding representatives of Hendricks. It is great to have such dedicated people to work with.

Awesome Experience with Zack
Wow, what can I say about this place. These guys went above and beyond to help me. My credit situation isn't so great and I desperately needed a car. A lot of dealerships didn't want to take the time to deal with me because of how bad my credit is. Zack made sure to explain the best options for me in my situation and offer me a couple of options that he was confident in me getting approved on. I went in expecting to have to choose from the bottom of the barrel in terms of vehicles but was pleasantly surprised from what I had to choose from. Thanks again Zack!

Good Experience
I had a rather good experience while buying a used vehicle from BMW Certified Pre-Owned. Luis Rodriguez and Ryan were very transparent and receptive to my needs. This is the 3rd used vehicle we've purchased from Hendrick Auto Group.

Horrible experience with service and warranty department
I recently purchased a used 2017 Audi Q7 with under 95K. The vehicle looked amazing inside and out but with the higher miles my sales rep who was honest and transparent at all times insisted that it would be a good idea to take the best warranty just in case. The vehicle drove and handled like a charm day one until the first time I accelerated at takeoff. I really did not pay much attention thinking that it may have been due to sitting a while and hopefully it would need to be driven and clear up. That week I called Hendrick and told them about the black smoke along with the "add a qt or oil alert" I was now seeing in addition to the black smoke and they insisted that I could keep driving and to add the oil when prompted until they could get me in to check it out. I was put in contact with Audi of Northlake and was given an appointment about a month out. They finally got the vehicle in and performed compression test etc and found excessive oil blow by, leaking motor mounts, and drive system faults. I was told by Audi of North Lake later that it could not be repaired and that a new motor would need to be installed. Ray with Audi of Northlake was very helpful and transparent told me that the repair due to the cost of over 34K would need to be approved/authorized so he would be in touch. As promised he contacted me a few days later with good and bad news. He stated that the warranty would cover only 28K of the repair and Hendrick wanted me to pick up the remaining 6K???? Are you kidding me?? Billion dollar Hendrick BMW wants me to pay 6K of repair that should not have been a warranty issue since the was with the vehicle prior to my purchase. I immediately told them NOT!!! and Ray with Northlake totally understood and said he would get with the warranty company and Hendrick BMW to see what could be done to keep me from being on the hook for any of it. He came back and said they agreed to repair it and cover it all but after the repair I would be without a warranty. I was furious with that news but thankful for Audi of Northlake fighting for me and making the repair. I was put in touch with Hout Ly (Variable Operations Manager at Hendrick BMW Independence) and that is when the inconvenience turned nightmare really quick. After some phone tag I finally spoke with Hout Ly my knight in shining armor who I was told would do right by me and things would be back to normal so I thought. I explained the unfortunate situation to him and my growing frustrations and that is when the conversation took a left turn. Hout went from being empathetic to sorry about your bad luck sucker!! I knew it would go down hill when he asked me what i thought the best solution would be??? No I couldn't make this up even if you paid me Hout's salary. He went on to tell me that when you buy a used car you take a risk and that they can't perform compression tests on used cars before they sell them and "HE" does not want to buy another warranty so basically they have no fault. Trust me after that insult and foolishness I thought he clearly could not say anything else that would top it but boy was i wrong. He then said that many dealerships would not even try to help but he would agree to cover half for a new 5K warranty?? I did not know if he was joking or serious so I took it as a bad joke but still laughed at it before telling him F*&@ NO!! Now he saw the angry disrespected consumer come out and he quickly said he would see what he could do and get back with me. Needless to say it has been 2 weeks and he never called back so now it is time to contact Cliff Spangler the General Manager to see if he could assist. In my 54 years I have purchased new , used , with warranty , without warranty and owned over 50 cars but this has been the worst experience ever and from the most reputable organization of them all HENDRICK BMW.. I will leave this review as part A and to be continued until I speak with Cliff or someone higher. Again this is not a knock on any Sales reps at Hendrick nor service department at Audi of Northlake as they were all top notch and helpful. Stay tuned Mr. Parker
