Helpful friendly service
Michael who works in the parts dept stepped up and helped me successfully put a new plate on my Kona. It might not sound like much but I got new plates that day and my old screws were stripped and I couldn’t add the new plates. He was super friendly late in his shift and deserves recognition. Give him a raise!

Really can’t beat warranty
From what I understand Covid has a global dominion effects to everything. We have two Hyundai vehicles. In 2018 dealing with Hyundai Sonata engine replacement is very much different than 2021-2022 Hyundai Tucson engine replacement. In 2018 was much faster processing of paperwork, calls took 2 days for rental vehicle and engine replacement in 3 weeks. Not same as 2021-2022 because of Covid back lagging. We cannot beat the warranty offer by Hyundai. We will buy new Hyundai vehicles in the future. I would recommend Hyundai because I have seen more and more good brands like Honda Toyota Nissan and Subrau their engines and transmissions were blown and my friends can’t afford them. Better off get Hyundai and save your money on huge engines / transmissions than other brands you will pay thousands of dollars out of your pockets

Trying to schedule an appointment for a simple oil change was absurd. Whoever spoke with simply did not want to perform the oil change. Perhaps because it was free?

I live on Cape Cod, and bought the car from your dealership in Auburn because my business takes me to Auburn frequently. But for a dealership the size of Herb Chambers to expect me to wait a month for a simple oil change is preposterous. Even with an appointment, I'd have to wait 4-5, or possibly a full day simply isn't right.
When your people told me to try another dealership, I told him "Frankly, right now I wish I bought the car from another dealership".

VERY UNHAPPY with car not service
I am very disappointed in my car and availability of parts! It has broken down on me twice in less than 6 months of ownership! At just under 1 month of ownership (500 miles) it needed a transmission, that took over 3 weeks to repair, at 2000 miles (2 months after transmission) the car broke down on the side of a major highway with my elderly mentally disabled mother in the car and had to be towed back! The diagnosis a week after was that the fuel injectors went, estimated repair time: 3 weeks again! James (Jimmy) is always pleasant, easy to get along with and does his best to resolve the issues and find me a loaner car! First breakdown he was able to get a car from enterprise approved, this time was able to find a Hyundai loaner. At enterprise I had to pay the $100 deposit, this time their loaner needs brakes (shakes violently when brakes applied at speeds greater than 15 mph)!

I leased a 2022 Tuscan back at the end of Oct, transmission went 3 weeks later at 500 miles, took 3 weeks to repair, no loaners available (but got me a car at enterprise but I paid the $100 deposit). Get the car back in time for Xmas, drive 1500 miles and it breaks down on the side of a major highway with my elderly mother in the car, this time it is the fuel injectors but took almost a week to get a update on it and eta of 3 weeks to repair. This time was given a herb chambers base model front wheel drive loaner (week before major snow storm) that needs brakes, but only because I wouldn’t take no for a answer!

Complimentary maintenance service
I enjoy have the 3 year complimentary maintenance service. They do an excellent job. I did have an issue with my drivers side mat not being able to be removed. They could not remove it either. So it's stuck there meaning I can't change it to my Winter mat anymore.
