Fast service but pricey
My car was suddenly leaking lots of coolant and I wanted to tow it somewhere nearby and got this recommendation from a friend. They were able to look at it the day after my late afternoon dropoff, which was a day sooner than promised. I got it back that evening, so I was very pleased with the speed of their work. However, they charged me above the upper end of what the part I needed cost comparing to online prices, and higher labor costs than I am used to other places--I hope those reflect good wages going to the employees! They also caused some minor cosmetic damage I noticed later that was not mentioned to me.

However, we’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding pricing and the cosmetic damage. We understand that cost is important, and we always aim to ensure our rates are fair, reflecting the quality of service, parts, and expertise we provide. We always provide high quality parts backed with a warranty. 
Regarding the cosmetic damage, we sincerely apologize for this oversight. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We were not aware or notified of any damages. Please call us at (412)364-9901 and ask for Herky, so we can get more details of the damage and review our cameras to see what could of happened.

Great People
Brought my car in thinking i had a bad wheel bearing, I got a call later on telling me nothing was mechanically wrong with my car! They are very honest! They could have easily said i had a bad wheel bearing and charged me, and i would have paid! They remounted my bumper and got the sound i was hearing to stop and only charged me for a half hour of labor! Wonderful experience !

Got me in within days and did my back brakes that same day, plus complementary rotation of my tires. Lady at front was so very nice. A+ business, will certainly be back! Thank you so much , finally found an honest top notch mechanic and business!

Recent “engine light on” service
I cannot be more impressed with Herky and his team. A comprehensive discussion of the repair needs and alternatives always occurs. The full trust that I have gained with their service over the last couple years feels satisfying. Considering all going on today, having good feelings of trust with car service is a ray of sunshine.
