FANTASTIC I could NOT ask for more !!!!
I was stranded. My car wouldn't start. Insurance company would only do phone texting. I can't do that. Called Herky immediately. They bent over backwards to help me. The secretary called me a tow truck and set up the service call to where I was stranded. Tow truck arrived on time. He jump started the car and I immediately drove to Herky Millers as I always do for my 3 vehicles. Mr Miller immediately diagnosed the problem and installed a new battery. You could NOT ask for more. They bent over backwards to assist me. THAT is SPECTACULAR customer service.
I bought the secretary 2 boxed of chocolate cover Pretzels and Potato Chips for her OUTSTANDING effort.
Go to Herky Miller for ALL your automotive needs. You will NOT be disappointed.
I am a former retired employee of 1 of the BIG 3 corporate offices in downtown Pittsburgh who had the pleasure of serving as the Chairman of both the Corporate Quality Awareness Board and the Chairman of the Quality Recognition Board for well over 1 decade.
Mr. Herky Miller is "THE BEST". An incredibly "HONEST MAN".
