I felt very comfortable getting work done on my car here. Being a female, this can be very stressful.
The only negative thing I can say is the woman at the front desk thanked me for having my Down Syndrome adult son behave. I didn't have him do anything!! He is a very sweet and chill dude. I am pretty use to this comments but please don't say things like that to a mother with a handicapped child!!!

Great Place
I am very pleased with the outcome of my break situation. The people at Hermitage break and Auto are very kind and honest. They do an awesome job at very reasonable prices. I will continue to use them for both of my vehicles, not only for brakes, but other issues also. They are very knowledgeable in all aspects. Great family run business. So What!
So What, I gave them no notice that my front end felt like a stack of Lincoln logs. So What, I showed up after 12: 0’clock. So What, my muffler was making so much racket they had to fix it before being able to hear how many bearings were screaming. So What! It was like a Buick Roadmaster on the way home. Quiet, Smooth, and surefooted, just like me….. I’ll get these guys next time…..

Awesome job
My van had been making strange noises for while, I brought it in fully expecting a very expensive bill for brakes, rotors, calipers, the works. After lifting it up and taking a look, the mechanic told me that it was a simple fix, the mounting hardware was installed wrong. A simple fix and my van is quiet again! I'm super happy!

1 day repair!
My car was towed late the evening to their shop. A quote was offered by 8:30A the next day. After accepting the quote around noon the car was ready to be picked up within a few hours! Fast turnaround!
