We apologize for the inconvience. Reviews like this we need to hear/know about so we can correct it. I have in our system you were last here in February of 2024, since then the technician who did your oil change and checked your tires is no longer here, along with that we have made some changes. Now all of our technicians have to torque the wheels and road test the vehicle after taking tires off. If you ever did choose to come back, we would love to make it right.
