Trustworthy and Reliable
I have had work done on a few vehicles over the years with this shop. The people are always pleasant and helpful. Honest about problems and how to address it. Have always gotten the agreed upon work done on time or ahead of schedule. They communicate throughout the process and always follow up/respond quickly. Good people. Highly recommend.

Happy Return Customer
Approximately 10 years ago, I owned an older Hyundai Santa Fe which was no longer under warrantee. I brought my car to Hollywood Auto and owner Joe greeted me with a smile. His tech took care of checking everything and then handled the essentials. I continued to take my car there for several years until I moved to the burbs. I'm back in the city and have returned to Hollywood Auto for my car's care.

Friendly Quick Service
I arrived for my appointment and they took my car for service within 5minutes . My biggest complaint was that they were going to email it a list of recommendations instead of giving them to then.

Speedy and Friendly
