Salesman Jonathan Cruz was outstanding!
My lease had went out a few weeks before I visited the dealership and I was worried as I wanted to do another lease for a different vehicle and I thought I'd be too late but when I arrived I was immediately assisted by Jonathan who helped me find my new lease quickly and give me all the info on it as well as assure me everything worked excellently! He treated us like family and I couldn't be more grateful for his assitance

Only positive was their inventory.
While other dealers struggle to get a variety of inventory, Huffines Plano was on target. Unfortunately, their sales staff rushes the process and is unfamiliar with their product. If you haven't done your research on the vehicle of your choice, don't visit this dealership. I also found the finance department to be unethical and not transparent. Don't ever fall for the line, what price are you comfortable with. I should have walked out the door when they said that but instead I sent them back to give me the lowest APR available and then paid in cash.

Smooth Process& Great dealership
I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson the car is beautiful everything went smoothly at the dealership. My salesman Tom Chu was awesome and he was very responsive to my requests and needs.

After having the opportunity to review my concerns with Huffines, I feel 100% better about my experience in purchasing our new 2022 Palisade.
It goes to the heart of the Character of the Sales Associates and especially the Dealership's Management Team. Huffines not only provided my wife Dee and me with details, they went the extra mile to ensure that they provided us with information we misunderstood during our initial visit.

Huffines has always enjoyed a great reputation for fairness, and they proved it with the purchase of our 3rd vehicle from their very engaging responses to our questions, and also demonstrated their wealth of experience finding ways to make a deal that both Huffines and the Dunham's could feel good about.

I honestly do not know if our 2022 Palisade will be our last car, however after having the opportunity of driving it for a couple of we, we absolutely love it, even more than the two previous Santa Fe's we got from Huffines.

The true measure of a great company can be summed up in how their employees do their job and how much they like working for their employer. It obvious that all of Huffines associates and management team enjoy working at Huffines... they seem to be one big happy family and really take pride in making their customers, especially "legacy" customers, feel appreciated, and that speaks volumes.

If we do purchase another vehicle after this Palisade, we will definitely ask Hunnines Huyandi to provide their award winning service in making us feel like we won the Lottery.

Buying our 2022 Palisade cost us over $24,000 more than we had expected to pay, in order to get our monthly payment around $500, and they said it was because of Covid... bullshit!
Very Disappointed in the total cost of our 2022 Palisade, $5,000 Covid Markup; $4,000 Black Wheels Markup; $15,000 downpayment to get our monthly payment to $520... Fair? What do you think?

Great experience
I was impressed the Hyundai Palisade and my sales person, Jon was professional and very courteous. I have been wary of car salesmen for a long time, often with good reason, but he helped to redefine the stereotype. It was obvious that there were many other customers waiting for him, but I did not feel rushed or pressured at all during the process. Worth the drive to Plano.
