Customer service at it’s Finest
Hyundai of Albany created a customer for life. After buying Toyota for the last 12 years, it was refreshing to feel like a valued partner with Hyundai of Albany. How you treat people and doing business with integrity used to be priority #1 in this country. I can confidently say… that the entire team is fantastic and fair. Go see Alex Martinez in sales. Sales Manager Brett Pigg who handled our negotiation and Andrew in Finance were fantastic… I couldn’t be more impressed.

A big thank you to the GM Jake Zilverberg who truly added that final touch to a great buying and selling experience. You have a loyal customer for life.

Worst car buying experience
Bought used gmc truck 3 months ago from this dealer and drove 3 hours to purchase. Truck needed transmission not long after purchase and before first payment was due. Albany dealer pushed everything off on warranty dept. Took to local GM dealer for repair. The warranty dept sent two transmissions that were faulty to local GM dealer. Third transmission was finally a GM certified and works proper. I also had to pay a $150 diagnostic fee to the local GM dealer just to have them start any repairs. No one has yet offered to reimburse the diagnostic fee. This process took about 3 months to complete and finally got truck back and working proper. Kept in contact with Jake, the gm at the Albany dealer and the finance guy John throughout this process. John said when this is all done, you wont owe anything. Its the holidays and no one has funds laying around to rent a car or miss work. Worst car buying experience ever. Getting new / used car should be exciting and fun, but this was far from it.

Schedule appointment for check engine light diagnostic on June 9, Service department said I would have a loaner car available. It has been 14 days and no call from service department. I have called and got the runaround that they were still diagnosing the car and it would be ready at the end of the day, but still no call from service department or technicians! During this time I have had to rent a car @ $81 per day because” Hyundai of Albany “ did not get me a loaner car and seems to be refusing to contact me. I am totally confused, frustrated and feel they are discriminating against me due to my gender identity. Unfortunately it looks like a legal action is needed. Again it’s been 14 days without a call from the service department. Excess of $1400 in rental car fees

Didn't fix problem, will have to make another 2 hour drive to return. Second Hyundai, Sonata and Elantra with check engine light on all the time.

Vehicle was serviced satisfactorily
It took a few days to get my vehicle in for service, so I had to secure other transportation from friends, but I was happy to learn it was all covered under warranty!
