Luckily, I was pulling into my driveway when things went south, or it could have been a much worse situation. I called the service department the next day as soon as they opened. After calling NINE times with no answer, I finally got to someone who said, "if you can get it to us, we'll take a look and see what's going on". The car was clearly not driveable. They would not even offer to tow the car because "how do we know it's related to our work - things happen all the time where people have a car serviced and something goes wrong the next day - if it's related to something we did we'll see how we can help you with the tow cost" Ultimately, I had to pay to have it towed back to them (it's not at all about the cost of the tow - that cost is very minor - it's the principal and lack of customer service that is so HORRIFIC). When the car arrived, they read the codes and told me my alternator was bad, it would be $1400 to replace, and it would take 30 days to get the parts and complete the work. In other words, the issues were completely unrelated to the work they did on my car the prior day. Prior to this, the car was having absolutely ZERO issues, but magically, now I need an alternator. I've had alternator issues before. NOTHING works. That is not what happened to my car. Everything was blinking and flashing and alarming. It is SHAMEFUL that this service department is so poorly managed and takes ZERO responsibility for the messes they make. You can see from other reviewers here that I'm not the only one they have screwed over. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY FROM THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are completely incompetent, irresponsible, have ZERO customer service skills, do NOT stand behind their work, and they put everything on the owner. Photos included below of the lights and insanity that came up on the dash following the recall work on fuses that, according to them, was unrelated to these issues.
