Terrible experience with Finance Manager
My wife and I were disappointed in the lack of integrity of the finance office honoring a pre agreed upon price for a new vehicle.The individual we were dealing with, in addition to the other discounts/rebates we qualified for, said that he consulted with the manager about crediting us with the last two payments of our current leased car (not a Hyundai) in the amount of $850. He told us the manager approved this. When we met with the same manager the following day to finalize our deal he said he never had any such discussion with the employee and would not honor that offer. The process reminded us of a “bait and switch” tactic. We negotiated in good faith, but Hyundai of Escondido did not.

First time I’m disappointed with service
I’ve been coming to Escondido Hyundai for a couple of years now. I like to go to the dealership because my car has 35k miles on it and still under warranty. I stopped by today to get an oil change and was told they couldn’t fit me in and the next available date is 4/20! I know everyone is busy, but it seems like they would try to fit in so many simple/quick oil changes a day along with other major services.

I was extremely disappointed and called Poway Hyundai and they said they could take me right away. I got there at 11:00 and was out by 12:15! They were great and I will definitely be going back there in the future. It was certainly worth the drive and Jason was the best!!
