Tricking me buy pre paid plan oil change, that can not use!
When I bought the car, the finacial guy trick me to buy more pre paid plan oil change 7 years/84 miles but not said about clearly that I already have complementary 3years come along with buying new cars, so If I bought that plan, it meant that conflict service so that until now I just know that I can not use any of maintainance for oil change on others dealer of Hyundai!

And then after I knew I was tricked to buy useless service, try to call Kirkand to see any manager on duty help me to figure and cancel service get refund, but no one answer, no one call me back!

GAP Coverage Scam
Fraud- Hyundai Kirkland sold fake GAP coverage to me. When I called Hyundai Finance directly they said they don’t find any record in the system. Then I called the dealer and asked to cancel the coverage and refund the money but its been 18months still no response from the dealer. I have called numerous times and sent multiple emails. This is so disappointing.

Louis Goes Above and Beyond
The salesman that sold me my Ionic 5 (Louis) simply helped me find the car I wanted, and never got pushy about trying to get me into anything other than what I originally intended and set out to buy. After I'd made the purchase and driven my car home, he called me up to check on me, giving me some advice on how to get the most out of my car, and letting me know that I had the opportunity to get free Electrify America card which provided me with free charges-- let me repeat that, he actually called me AFTER he'd already made the sale to help me out more. That kind of service is above and beyond what I expected from a car dealer. Thanks Louis.

Bought a brand new Elantra nline and I love it. Thanks to Carson for helping me out with everything. Great sales team, not once did I feel any pressure or felt like there were going to be any hidden add-ons or such. I was looking for Palisade Calligraphy in a certain color so started calling around to the various dealers in the area. Inventory was short everywhere and I was surprised that the dealers in most places were pretty smug and added thousands to the MSRP. Hyundai of Kirkland was very accommodating and specifically Tyler, the internet sales person. He was very personal and helpful and encouraging. He helped me understand the process of securing a vehicle en route and put zero pressure on me. There was some negotiating room on the price and it was quickly and easily done. I ended up saving literally thousands over the competition. Tyler was very thorough in all aspects and made the experience simple, painless and a great experience. Overall I was very impressed with the dealership, and especially so with Tyler. This is my first Hyundai and I am very pleased with the vehicle and the whole process of buying it through Hyundai of Kirkland.

Test drive experience great, buying experience not at all
I requested two different test drives with different members of my family and was simply given the keys, and when I returned, there was not a lot of pressure to buy. When I decided to purchase, I told them I wanted to write a check and not finance so that I could expedite the process. We agreed on a price in about 10 minutes, then the waiting process began. I won't give many of the details, but it took over three hours to get through the process, and had to attempt to approach an employee to find out where we were at in the process. The staff definitely seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than helping the customers. The constant waiting, with no additional information on where we were in the process was extremely frustrating.
