I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE! THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF A “SHADY CAR DEALERSHIP” COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. TOLD ME TO COME IN, I DID THE FINANCE APP ONLINE. TOLD ME TO COME IN AND DAVID WOULD HELP ME, WELL DAVID WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, THEN TONY HELPED ME BY GETTING MORE INFO FROM ME BUT STILL NO WORD ABOUT CAR I WANTED TO SEE. I HAD TO ASK IF I COULD SEE IT, I GO TO SEE IT AND THE KEY IS KO WHERE TO BE FOUND. THEN SOMEONE ELSE HELPED ME OUT AFTER I TOLD HIM I CAMW TO SEE THE CAR AND TEXT DRIVE IT, THE KEY WAS MIRACULOUSLY FOUND. TONY KEPT TELLING ME THAT “BANKS DONT LIKE THIS KIND OF CAR” WHAT?? NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THAT BEFORE. THEN TOLD ME TO WAIT UNTIL THE MORNING TO TALK TO THE BANKS, THEN SAID HE WILL GIVE ME A BANK NAME BUT I HAVE TO LOOK IT UP TO SEE IF ITS CREDIBLE?? WHAT??? OH AND THEN ALSO TRIED TO ADD ON BS CHARGES TO THE SALE DOC AND THEN OF COURSE I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN AFTER THAT. I WENT RIGHT TO ANOTHER REPUTABLE DEALERSHIP THAT HAD THE EXACT SAME VEHICLE AND WALKED OUT WITH IT SAME DAY ZERO ISSUES!!! ( AND WITHOUT ANY BS CHARHES) WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!

Shady business tactics
I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle. Looked online and found one at this dealership that I was interested in. The price they quoted me was 2k over msrp before any dealer add ons. Not sure for what? It was 2k over plus the desert protection package and other add ons. Insult to injury was I did the kbb instant cash for my trade and they offered 2,300 less than that offer and originally didn’t include the sales tax credit. “It was a mistake and they forgot to add that in”. Not sure how you sell cars everyday and forgot a sales tax credit. More like they were trying to pocket the extra money on top of all of the other fees and markups.
I wouldn’t buy here even if they came back with a much better deal just based off of their shady sales tactics.

dont expect to talk to anyone at this place when you take your car in no one knows you after you buy your car their...they walk around and talk all day long and if you want simple questions answered for get it....the supervisor dont call you back i guess you have to guess whats wrong with your car....attitude leaves something to be desired....you cant call the service dept no one will answer the phones nor the front switchboard....will probably have to drive back over and remove my car.....dont go there and dont buy a hyuandai....

Less than a week and already costing me $$$
I was in the market for a used suv. Had been searching for well over 3 months. As a single woman I am very intimidated by car lots and feel vulnerable as if I am a potential mark to any car salesman on this planet.
I went to this dealership because it was recommended to me by my daughters friend. I found a vehicle that fit 3 out of 4 specifications that were must haves in my next vehicle. So I decided to go for it and they got me approved for a fairly decent finance added gap and their top of the line warranty (the one that covered everything). Once the paperwork was finished and I was able to drive off the lot it was well into the evening. This was 09/21/21 Tuesday of last week. Well after only driving the vehicle less than 40 miles and having the vehicle under covered parking it wasn’t until yesterday that it was brought to my attention that my windshield had numerous nicks in it. So I immediately called the dealership to see what could be done about this as this could turn into a safety issue and would my warranty cover this or is this something they would take care of seeing how this is the condition they sold this vehicle to me in. Upon calling I was able to get a hold of someone immediately only to be told that “no” my warranty does not cover this and they would be calling me back regarding the latter. I contacted my insurance company and I’ve had to make an appointment for a replacement. Well fast forward to today October 5th because this is the soonest SafeLite could see me as I am now awaiting their arrival. To replace my windshield at a costly price of $450 out of my pocket (almost the cost of my monthly car note. Only nicks are covered. I will have to come out of pocket for a full windshield replacement because it falls below my deductible. Needless to say, I have not heard back from anyone at this dealership and I am really disappointed about this as I am a very loyal customer to establishments that treat me right. I feel as if once the ink was dry on the purchasing documents I was out of sight out of mind to them. So here’s a thanks to Hyundai of Las Vegas to making me feel like a valued customer. I just hope that this isn’t any indication of how the rest of my experience with my new used vehicle that I purchased from them is going to go for me for the entire 48 month finance of it because i will go beyond broke.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS LOCATION
Would give 0 stars if possible. I'm a 26 year old woman and went in with my sister and trust me, we felt judged and preyed on before we even walked into the building and it did not let up even through our last dealings with them.

Went in on a Saturday to look for cars but because I was eager to get away from my other vehicle, I was pretty vulnerable. The salesmen caught on to this and used it to their advantage. They lied, manipulated, and hid misrepresentations they were making about my sale. Seriously, after the sale I was unaware of $5k worth of add-ons that were added to the transaction.

When they were FINALLY ready to bring me in to do paperwork (long wait), my sister had to leave and I was on my own. They changed the terms without acknowledgement and I was too intimidated to say anything. They also misrepresented that they would be giving me money for my old car when they were not giving me any rebate for it. After all of this, I got to take my new Hyundai home that day after signing contracts for set terms, both that the dealership and myself signed.

Fast forward two days and they ask me to come in to "sign some last minute papers and learn the ins and outs of the car." When I got there by myself (because I figured I was just finalizing things, no need for backup) they assured me everything was still great and there were only very "minor" changes to my contract that I'd have to sign for.

My percentage went up by a 1/3 (from 9 to 15%) and my payments went up a fifth (from $450 to 530). These are certainly not "MINOR CHANGES" and they must have taken me for a fool to assume I would think so. They expected me to sign these terms or leave my car back with them.

Needless to say, after the complete misogynistic and overly aggressive and manipulative sales tactics they used, I was over that specific Hyundai location altogether and decided to leave that car there.

I then met Tony at Henderson Hyundai Superstore and he exceeded every expectation. A nice, low-pressure salesman that wants you to get the best vehicle for the best price... not one who will lie about rates and bring you in days later and expect you to sign unrealistic terms and try to mask them as "minor" changes.

I got a better car, a better deal, and more reassurance at the family owned Henderson Hyundai Superstore than I could have ever got at the Hyundai of Las Vegas there on Sahara.

I suggest anyone looking for a new Hyundai steer clears of the SHARKS at Hyundai of Las Vegas and instead go to the family owned Henderson Dealership instead. The change in my experience from one location to another was DRASTIC and the only reason I stayed with Hyundai at all.

Shame on the Hyundai of Las Vegas salesmen for preying on weaker customers to get more money. I would never go back nor recommend anyone that wants to deal with a salesman that actually respects their time/money.

Completely ignored
I had previously left a review on here about my vehicle and nobody wanting to help me out after going on my 4th turbo. I am only speaking about the Sahara location. After leaving my negative review I received a call hours later saying they would sure take another look and help me out and asked by Carlos the service advisor to please redo my review and rate him excellent. So I did after he made the appointment and said they would take care of the problem. Come to find out I was right and the turbo is going out once again making it #4 on 66k miles. I was assured I would be taken care of because of the obvious history of something making this happen and all replaced by this location. After they told me give them a couple days for the approval to go thru they would call me asap because the turbo is about to go out completely. It's been 3 weeks now with several voicemails to Carlos, Paul and Dennis and responding to the texts they send out asking how the service was and have not received 1 callback or texts. I m exhausted on what to do to even try to get a response from someone and also results.

Cannot get help
Hello. So after my review I was contacted immediately by Hyundai here in Las Vegas to have me bring my vehicle back in for another look. The service advisor also asked me to redo my review and rate him excellent so I did thinking they were going to take care of the problem. They found out I was correct and said it is the turbo once again which would be the 4th Turbo to go out in 60k miles with all lil changes done on time. They said they had to put in for it to be replaced but not to worry they are almost positive it would be handled. Its going on 3 weeks now of me calling and leaving messages to see what is going on and cannot get a call back. I really just need results at this point. Thank you if you can get this email in the right place to help me out.

Needs to step up in the area of timing.
Normally have always had good service at this dealership. I had a appointment but still had to wait over 2 1/2 hours for an oil change was WAY to long to wait. Had to agree to give up complimentary car wash to get it back that soon.
