Leased a Tucson Salesperson Marino
Marino did a great job! Was courteous and knowledgeable and made the transition from my current lease trade in to lease a new Tucson. The new Tucson had many model changes which Marino informed me off and helped me to get a great price for the return of my current lease! Thanks Marino!

11/10 I would never no anywhere else
If I could rate Hyundai of Palatine 10 starts I would!! I went in originally wanting to discuss my lease end options, concerns and possibilities. This gentleman greeted me right at the door with a smile on his face. He told me his name was Roman and he’s happy to answer all my questions. After chatting for a few minutes it felt like I was talking to one of my friends- not a salesman. Right off the bat I put the cards on the table stating I am not buying a car that I didn’t have the finances because the holidays just ended. He understood and listened to everything I had questions about and answered them truthfully. There was no ounce of “salesman putting details under the rug to a client” coming from Roman- he’s the real deal! After more talk- I did end up trading in my 2019 Santa Fe 2.0t for the new 2022 Santa Fe, no cost to me which is insane!
Joe in finance is the sweetest and quick with his jokes. He made signing and talking a breeze. We were talking about everything under the sun and even gifted my mom Canadian chocolate (because that’s her motherland) The whole process was easy, fun and quick! A whole 3 1/2 hours at most!!!

Thank you Roman and Joe for a seamlessly easy and nice experience. I would not go anywhere else for car buying needs- ever!
