Good Morning , i apologize there was some time delays in your repairs and in our process . yes there was some delay in getting back to you as we were waiting for Hyundai Motor America to give us the approval to put you in a vehicle . They don't approve rentals on every vehicle that has a recall especially a almost 13 year old vehicle. they finally did approve a rental for you for the complete time while your vehicle was in . and yes those parts were and still are on national back order , to be honest there are still people waiting for there parts that were ordered before yours . if you would like we can speak further in detail on some of the concerns and unfortunate restraints that we have to follow per Hyundai's guidelines for repairs .
