I’ve finally found an honest, caring, knowledgeable, understanding mechanic; one who puts customers’ needs first. I called Sal because my Lincoln refused to start … again. Even though it was my first time calling him, Sal politely allowed me to bring car in same day for diagnosis. After diagnosing the defective part as a major component – the brains of the car (PCM) – which was replaced by the dealer a year ago and was under warranty, he didn’t try to pretend it was something else for which he could trump up repair charges. Through confirmation of my old work records, Sal called the dealer for me, explained the problem, and sent me there. He treated me as a family member – even though it was my first time there. My sincerest appreciation to Sal and team for taking care of me and my car. They will be hearing from me again. THANK YOU SAL!

great work at a good price and thy stand by there work.you wont have to keep bring it back for the same problem Joe and Sal the best.
We took the Mariner in for its 50k service, expected the standard maintenance and learned that some of the work was not needed - likely because Joe and Sal always do such a great job of maintaining the vehicle. Another place may have simply gone with the repairing and replacing whatever the manual said to do, but they check to ensure that unnecessary work isn't done in order to keep costs down. They are simply the best!
