Best Auto Repair Shop in Rockwall
I have been using Jackson Automotive since we moved to Rockwall in 1998! The mechanics in the shop know what they are doing. Recently I had an oil change at another facility in Mt Vernon. The oil change was botched causing serious engine damage to our Sequoia. We'd planned a trip to CO, so needed that vehicle. James and his team fixed it in time! We drove to Winter Park, to the slopes and back for 5 days, and back to Rockwall without a lick of trouble. I highly recommend Jackson Automotive! There's no one better in Rockwall!

My Automotive Review
Jackson Automotive has been my vehicle repair shop for over 27 years. They have impeccable customer service and expert technicians that have taken care of all my vehicles. I talked to people needing their vehicle repaired I immediately refer Jackson Automotive. I have been in a numerous financial jams they have always let me pay my bills monthly or bimonthly. To me they are 5 star rating.

Thought I needed a brake job
I thought I needed a brake job on my rear wheels. I heard what I thought was metal on metal so I took it in and told Brian I needed brakes on the rear. He wasn't sure he could work me in, but he told me to leave it and they would get on it. A couple of hours later he called me and told me I didn't need a brakes after all and to come in and the technician would ride with me to see what the noise was I was hearing. I was thrilled I didn't need brakes. When I went to get the car I told him if I didn't need brakes I would just take my car. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. I greatly appreciate Jackson's honesty. If I had taken my car to the brake place close by they probably would have gone ahead and did a brake job whether I needed it or not. Thank you Jackson's for not only taking care of my car, but me as well. You guys are the best.
