Great work!
Needs a new speed sensor on my truck. They repaired it quick and fix what a previous shop had done. It was a little on the pricey side but for the quality of work it was worth it!

Completed my repair work on time and at the cost of the work that I was told. They called and kept me informed of the progress of the work and delivered my vehicle back to me on time. This is the only shop I will use.

Best Auto Repair Shop in Rockwall
I have been using Jackson Automotive since we moved to Rockwall in 1998! The mechanics in the shop know what they are doing. Recently I had an oil change at another facility in Mt Vernon. The oil change was botched causing serious engine damage to our Sequoia. We'd planned a trip to CO, so needed that vehicle. James and his team fixed it in time! We drove to Winter Park, to the slopes and back for 5 days, and back to Rockwall without a lick of trouble. I highly recommend Jackson Automotive! There's no one better in Rockwall!

Jackson Automotive has been my vehicle repair shop for over 27 years. They have impeccable customer service and expert technicians that have taken care of all my vehicles. I talked to people needing their vehicle repaired I immediately refer Jackson Automotive. I have been in a numerous financial jams they have always let me pay my bills monthly or bimonthly. To me they are 5 star rating.
