I was told one percentage rate on a truck purchase, when it came out to be 6% higher than what I originally signed for, i came back to return it and the GM told me there was nothing he could do my trade in pay off check had already been sent out, and he would never sell a vehicle that had been in 2 accidents on his lot said it was going to auction (which was a lie because they sold my trade in to a woman 2 weeks later that they did not disclose to her that it had 2 accidents on it which I did not know about until they showed me when I was trading it in) When I quickly got rid of the truck that had issues (traded in at a different dealership) I canceled my gap insurance and it was like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of the finance manager to get my $ back. Every time I called it would go straight to voicemail. I went in person and they told me he was not working that day. I asked them when was the next time he will be in? They said they were not sure (yea fkn right!) and they would call me when he was in... I came in the next day and bypassed them trying to talk to me at the front door and walked into the finance managers office. Crazy! He was there with a customer... I told him give me my check. Oddly enough he had it right there next to his desk and said it had been there for a couple days waiting for me to pick it up ????
WORST FKN DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO.
Also the lady that bought my trade in was trying to file lawsuit against them last i heard. I'm not sure if that came to fruition or not.
