Car service vs waiting time
While the actual car service was great the time I was given was only a hour and Alf turned into 3 hours and possibly longer bc I went to them to inquire and found my paperwork had been sitting on their desk for who know how longer. That service person immediately apologized and processed the paperwork so I could leave.

two trips and service light still on
Really not acceptable to have to make a separate trip for a recall item, a top shelf service department would be aware of it and prepared to fix it upon presentation for scheduled service. And then the "needs service in x days" light was not reset so I am still looking at it with negative numbers now. Not gonna make a third trip for that. Same department that told me to "kick the floorboard" when the a/c would not run. But I like the sales team and the Brand, I just won't get the "service for life" there again.

Very good
Service was very good and reasonably quick. The new building is such an improvement over the old grungy container! The only thing I would like to have added is for my Ioniq 5 to be washed. It has a satin something or other finish, which prevents me from using a regular car wash. But a dealer should be able to do it, no?

Maintenance for Life Appointment
The newly remodeled waiting room is very comfortable and sleek, and I enjoyed the coffee machine & snacks. My greeter and service advisor were, as always, cheerful and professional. The work was accomplished in a timely fashion and I was on my way. Visiting the Jim Click Hyundai dealership/service department is a consistently pleasant experience.

I explained the problem I was having the service department diagnosed it. I had to wait a day for the part to come in. Returned the day after they got the part in they installed it and so far I haven’t had any problems.

Not as good as they used to br
Jim click used to be a great dealership. When I tried to buy a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe I couldn’t get anyone to call me back and had to go to SunTan Hyundai to buy the vehicle. When I had safety recalls it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment and that was at 3:30. When I checked for service at other Hyundai dealers they had appointments within 24 hours. The service and service people continue to be excellent.
