Trust an Issue Now. Congratulations, JC Automall Service Center you lost a customer.
The service desk folks are fine, however I am greatly concerned about the integrity of the mechanics.

I had maintenance for life, but unfortunately when the car is getting older or near the warranty expiration the sketchiness of the Jim Click Hyundai Automall Service Center on Automall Drive in Tucson, AZ presented itself. For example, I noticed some rough idling with my vehicle so I looked around to see what it could be. One of the things I found is that not having the oil changed can lead to idling problems. Upon learning this, I decided to check the engine oil on my vehicle about a few thousand miles from the previous oil change. I was due for an oil change in about 4000 more miles, according to service interval sticker.

After checking, I found that the oil was nearly black and well below the low oil line on the dipstick. Rather than take my car back to JC service center to have them correct the problem, I went to another service center and paid around 40 bucks for an oil change.

To my surprise, I was informed by the new service mechanic that my oil had not been changed or replenished, however I did get a new oil filter replacement. In my case, it is confirmed that the Jim Click Service mechanics did not change the oil or add new oil. Because of this, I am concerned whether or not my tires have been rotated. Also, I am concerned whether or not all the other services that go with the maintenance for life pkg. have been performed.

Sadly, my trust in Jim Click Hyundai Automall service center is at 0%. I am reluctant to return to the service center anymore because of such a betrayal. All I can tell anyone now, is just double check whether or not the mechanics from Jim Click Hyundai Automall are actually performing the work that they say they are doing. Check your oil after you receive an oil change; make sure the oil is not black or that the dipstick is not showing that the oil is low. Make sure your tires were actually rotated, too.

It's a real shame for me because my car is having idle issues now and I'm not sure what other damage has been done to my vehicle for driving on low unchanged oil for so long. Thank you for your time in reading. I'd suggest an investigation into the Jim Click Hyundai Service Center to see vehicles are being sabotaged.

Beyond unprofessional
My daughter had her car towed in 9/11/21 because it wouldnt start they fixed quite a few things to the total of over $500.00 & ensured her that I was totally fixed when she picked it up on 9/13/21. Two days later , 9/16/21 the was doing the same thing as the 1st time so had it towed back & the service advisor Ricky Bradson told her at 8:30am that a technician was heading out because it was towed in. The entire day not one word so at 4:30 called back only to be told that they had forgotten it was there. The next day found out a different part was the problem & charged her another $50 & told her they would let her know when it was done. Once again the entire day no word so called back @ 4:45pm to be told that it had been done 4hrs ago but they had forgotten to call her. The lack of professionalism & charging her again for the same problem that they ensured was fixed after $500.00 & 2 days later it's happening again is just ripping off a person.
