When one of my HIDs went out I took the car to Joe to pop a new bulb in. When that didn't work Joe determined the ballast powering the bulb was bad. The dealership would have likely charged double for the time and half again more for the part.
I had a problem with a tire pressure monitor sensor fluctuating and giving false readings on my dash panel, from 0 to over 240 pounds (should have been between 37-40). Fortunately Joe had some time and replaced the part within an hour, Leaving my car with the dealer would have been an all day affair and cost double or more in labor.
We have known Joe for many years since his days in Livermore. Very happy to find out he has his own business now and so close to our home. Always has taken great care of our cars. Fantastic place to get service done.
