Honest and efficient
He got me in the next morning after I called. I had no option but to wait for my car, service was done in under 3 hours. Thoroughly explained what was needed today and what can be done at next visit. Honest and kind. Will be back!

A trust worthy mechanic
According to a local shop my Mercedes needs a few big ticket repairs at the dealership. I was dreaded at thought that the car is going to be a money pit. During search on internet I came upon John’s Car Care and was impressed by one post saying John is a stand-up guy, which brought me to his shop. He found most of the problems were misdiagnosed for (perhaps by some computer software), and only took care of the necessary ones. If you face a major repair and live nearby, try to have John ‘s opinion first. He is honest, experienced and knowledgable, a true stand-up guy.

Always done right and on schedule
Always take my car to John. Can drop the night before and pick up next day based on what is getting done. Always clearly detailed bill and reasonably priced.

John is so professional and honest it’s down right refreshing. He truly cares about his customers and knows how important loyalty & trust. He’s up front about his pricing and labor, ensures your understanding of the repairs and has never once showed a shred of arrogance or condescension. He works extremely hard to get your vehicle back to you in a timely manner and his rates are ultra competitive. Dude knows his stuff too, you can tell his passion is consummately within him each time you visit. Hes going to take care of you and he’s going to ensure you’re satisfied. A absolute local legend!
