Terrible place to shop
Salesman are not great at their job. I was in the store for an hour and never had a single salesman come to me and ask if I needed help with anything. Once I asked for help they treated me as if I was bothering them. It’s your job to sale is it not? While instead of asking me if I needed any help they spent their time playing on their computer or eyeballing me as if I was gonna steal something.

Seamless process
Huge shoutout to Matthew Jones and his sales team got me exactly what I wanted no questions asked! The finance team and staff were extremely friendly even offered me protection that i didn’t even know was possible ask about the gps service! My family thanks you all again!

Worst place to buy anything.
I purchased a 2025 Suzuki GSXR 600, Had 1 mile on it. paid 11.932.58 dallors cash. Check paid in full, The salesmans didnt tell me anything about pre inspection, I didnt recieve a owners manual, or did I sign anything, stating he went over the bike, that i later found out he should have. Ive ridin dirt bikes all my life. Never had a sports bike. One would think a 2025 would last more than 1 week without needing maitenance. Not a bike from Jonesboro Cycle & ATV. I was told by them the bikes get shipped ready to sale. Suzuki tells me different. I had this bike 1 week the chain comes off. Puts a hole in the case. I take it back, Theyve never heard or seen this they tell me. They call suzuki for a inspector, Im told its mainenance error. Sound like dealer inspection error. NO REASON A PERSON WHO JUST SPENT $12,000 dallors should have to work on anything in a weeks time. NOW THEY WANT 10,000 for a engine. i wouldnt let them put air in a bicycle, let alone a engine. If they had done their job I wouldnt be writing this today. Only good thing I THOUGHT AT THE TIME was they opened the store on a monday. Guess thats something .

Shop elsewhere!! Terrible service!!
Would not take my business here again!! Spent 4 hours in the store trying to get deal completed for a bike with good credit. After our purchase was finally complete and got the bike home had to take it back because 3 of 4 bolts were out of a fender. Ordered a carrying case for the back... checked on it a week later and they didn't even order it!! Then was told it would be overnighted, checked in it next day and no one knew what I was talking about. Sales manager wouldn't even take my call after that. Worst purchasing experience I've ever had!! Don't waste your time here, go to Searcy.

Bad customer service no communication crooks
I sold them a unit I had feb 12. They took it back and the shop did a full once over looking at it seeing what’s all wrong with it etc. they gave me a offer I accepted. They paid off the finance company and said it wouod be 2 weeks to get a check to me for the equity. Month went by and I called. Told couple more weeks. Called again after those 2 weeks then was told wouod need a bonded title I said alrighty well months went by and I got impatient wanting to ride (was gonna use the check as a down payment) I wanted to buy my unit back for what they had in it and was informed that now was broke down clutches was gone out in it ? so I went to look it over and found out my subwoofer was missing I told jbc about this and they denied this until I showed them pics when I dropped it off and had everything in it, they said what’s the condition matter vs when dropped off even though I had not been paid in full yet! So I asked if I could buy a terx. My payment wouod be 450 a month, I said can they put my equity as a down payment they said yes re ran my credit and said payment wouod be sane even with 5k down!! I don’t think so trying to get rid of me. Finally received a check from them after 8 months. Horrible customer service and u can’t ask one person one thing and go ask another and u will never get same answer I will never do be doing business with them again and was informed I couldn’t buy from
Them ever again but fine by me. They will screw you over 10/10 don’t recommend.
